By using comoprint3d.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

This store is operated by CoMo Print3D LLC, a Missouri limited liability company based in Columbia, Missouri.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

All products are 3D printed to order. Product photos are representative. Because of the nature of additive manufacturing, small variations in color, surface finish, and dimensions between individual units are normal and expected.

Dimensions listed are nominal. Where fit matters, we publish the tolerances we design to, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with third-party items we have not tested. If you need something to fit a specific object, contact us before ordering.

4. Materials & Intended Use

Our products are printed in PLA, PETG, or other thermoplastics as listed on each product page. Unless a listing explicitly states otherwise, our products are:

Not food safe
Not dishwasher safe
Not sterile and not suitable for medical, clinical, or pharmaceutical use
Not rated for sustained temperatures above roughly 140°F for PLA or 165°F for PETG
Storage and organization accessories only

Do not leave printed parts in a hot vehicle. PLA in particular will deform.

You are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for your intended use.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by one. Missouri sales tax is applied to orders where required by law.

6. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or requests we are unable to fulfill. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

7. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom work is quoted individually and requires approval before production. By submitting text, artwork, or files for a custom order, you represent that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it, and you agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from it. Custom and personalized orders are final sale.

8. Intellectual Property

All original designs, product photography, site content, and branding are the property of CoMo Print3D LLC. Purchasing a physical product does not transfer any rights to the underlying design. You may not reproduce, scan, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our designs, in physical or digital form, without written permission.

9. Shipping & Returns

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are incorporated into these terms by reference.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damage to items stored in or with our products.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Products are provided "as is." Except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Boone County, Missouri.
