Zero Waste Infinity Cube

Nothing wasted, and no color scheme we could repeat on purpose.

When a printer runs a multicolor job it has to flush the old color out of the nozzle before the new one comes through clean. That flushed filament is called purge, and on most machines it goes straight in the bin. Here it goes into the cube instead. The cube prints alongside whatever else is on the plate and takes the purge as it comes, layer by layer.

Because the color changes happen one layer at a time, each cube comes out in bands rather than a blend, and the pattern depends entirely on what was running that day. Yours might not match the photos, and what is in stock now might not be what is in stock next time.

Same cube as our standard Infinity Cube. It folds into itself, over and over, and never quite finishes. The only difference is where the plastic came from.

Colors vary and cannot be chosen. Stock is limited to whatever comes off a multicolor run, so quantities are small and irregular.
